NOTE: Please see attached for the job offer letter, Form W-4, Form I-9 as well as the company's Code of Business Conduct. You are required to go through it, fill it in, scan and return the new hire paperwork (signed/filled pages only) via email for further documentation as soon as possible. You are to fill the USCIS Form I-9 and send back with a clear picture of front and back of a valid ID card. The forms can also be filled electronically without any inconvenience.
