I contacted this individual for a rental property, and I really just wanted to tour the property. He then asked for email address which I gave him. I again asked to see the property and the request was ignored. A few hours later he said that he was out of town, but I could drive by but was not to get out and go onto the property at all. I said this doesn't work for me as I would never enter into any agreement without first seeing and touring the property. He then requested $1400.00 even though it was still sight unseen. I asked for a rental/lease agreement, to which he said that he would be back next week and just hand me the keys to my new home. I found of this very suspicious. Once I had processed everything he had said I then informed him that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau as this all sounded very suspicious. After informing him, there were no more responses.

Please don't let this person scam anyone.
