I bought 2 sets (6 boxes total) of folding storage boxes from their website. I also purchased shipping insurance and was told they would ship express shipping. Waited pretty close to a month to receive anything from them. Finally got a package via USPS from them. Opened the package to see it was nothing I had ordered. It had contained a cheap set of chopsticks and not any foldable containers. Continually asked them to refund me my money and they will not. They expect me to pay to ship the chopsticks back to China and pay over $20 which isn't worth the money. Why should I have to ship a product that I didn't order back to them? Point of story: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
