I was using this service to help me take a proctored exam. The HCP person has reached out for multiple payments and made promises like extra security for software and plugins to protect his and my IP location. They have recorded calls between myself and the HCP guy and sadly has started threatening me to never disclose this nor to speak about this to anyone. This guy also said that the money would be returned once the service has been made or if it didn't meet my standards. I kept asking him to send back the money I transferred with Venmo and Paypal but wouldn't budge! Eventually he said in order for this to go any further, he demanded to pay up to close of $10k for extra services and has stated in a text message that this will delete all conversations between me and him and not reported to the software that I used for my proctored exam. He also asked me to download RemotePC where he took control of my computer to take the exam for me. The proctor for the testing company asked me to force quit the app but yet while the exam was being taken, the HCP guy still had control and also couldn't use my laptop after either the test was over or to admit what happened and never speak about it.

I've reported to the FBI, local state police, state attorney general office, FTC, and now the BBB. So far it's all been a waiting game and this guy is harassing me by calling me non-stop even when I blocked his number and other suspicious ones and my email as spam. This company needs to be shut down immediately! Also, my banks have said that even though the disputes were legit, they said it doesn't guarantee that my money won't be returned or compensated. I've lost almost $3000 and I feel terrified an angry about how this occurred.
