We have a roofing company and are receiving calls, emails, Yelp messages, and now ScamPulse.com messages where the person claims they are out of county and/or disabled. They email us a local address for us to estimate and want us to send them an estimate right away because they want the service right away. This is an example of the email send:

Thank you for your prompt response.

I would have loved to give you a call immediately but I want to let you know that am just reciprocating from diagnosis of cancer of the lungs, all I can do right now is email, perhaps text.

Having said, here is my address which I would like you to give me the estimate of the roof replacement : **** ******** *** *********** ** *****.

 Since Better Business Bureau recommended you, I have no doubt within me that you'll send me a reasonable price and material quotes ASAP.

Will await the quotations ASAP.

Made a deposit and called the next day for money back for a family member passing away. Before the deposit check cleared,  haven't heard a peep after the grace period of the deposit .Very pushy for the deposit the first 24 hours, she pushes a postal money order the most and Zelle. She tries PayPal for smaller amounts. She sends her drivers license and claims she can only communicate by email or text and avoids meeting at the site, claiming to have lung cancer and can't talk. Donna Bass she claimed to be drivers license from Illinois, targeting Ohio.
