My neighbor ordered a package from Hismile online from their website. She paid for the product, tax, and shipping from their website. They claim to have sent the product via usps. However when the usps claimed that the product had arrived, there was nothing at the door. Hismile refused to assist in sending a new replacement or investigating the lost package. My neighbor filed a claim with usps and it was determined that the delivery was accidentally made to a different address according to my neighbor. I reordered and repaid for a replacement product and it was delivered to me, I gave it to my neighbor in the meantime. Hismile is refusing to refund her money or assist in getting her a replacement. They sold a product and shipped it, but the customer never received the product. Their refusal to believe my neighbor or assist in investigating the loss is bad business practice.
