Ordered sneakers from HiSneaker and never received them

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes from HiSneaker (from the website hisneaker.shop) on 12/13/23 and received a confirmation email with an order number indicating that my order would be processed and shipped in one or two days. I am out $90.00. I have contacted them twice concerning the order and requesting a reimbursement but have received no follow-up. The company is based in the USA.

I placed an order for shoes on Dec 5, 2023. The shipping was to be 1-2 days per Website. The order confirmation indicated 5-15 days shipping instead. I waited 34 days and never received the product. I sent multiple emails to the email they supplied in my emailed order confirmation. No response received. I filled out the online Contact form asking for an update to my order. My order online still saying "Processing". No status has changed in 34 days. I paid using PayPal and charged to my credit card. I contacted PayPal and they are reviewing my case and have started the process to refund my credit card. Another customer that had used the website in November filed a similar experience on https://scamadviser.com
