There was an ad that popped up on my Instagram account for a sale for GAP Kids clothing. The website even had GAP across the top, and all the clothing. After placing an order and noticing red flags (delays in the shipment, weird tracking website for the shipment, only updating the tracking website when I reached out to their “customer service”) I noticed that the websites URL was not GAP but the “historyIC” like their “customer service” email. I was told that the package was lost after I was told it had been delivered, and I was told that they couldn’t refund me but would send me another package. I have not received a refund or package. I followed an add on social media for a sale on kids clothing from GAP. I made a purchase and now they are saying my package has been delivered but it has not. There’s no real way to get ahold of someone and now backtracking, I compared to official GAP site and they are not having these sales.
