On 12/1/2023 I ordered 3 sets of Fitz and Floyd dishes. Order came out of my debit card for $33.84, but I never received the merchandise.

The chair was advertised on facebook. After about two weeks I asked where my item was. I was told via email customer service it was on it's way and given a tracking number and website. https://t.17track.net/en#nums=AT193498190CN After it was in portland, my home city for a few days, I emailed again. I was told After our further conversation with the shippers, we have been informed that your order is in transit within your country now, so it will be delivered to you soon.... On December 24 I checked tracking and it said it was delivered on December 23. It was not. I was home all day. I emailed them on Dec 26 and now the email is bouncing back and it says Address not found

Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the domain histronee.com couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.
