I had work for this company for 30 days and didn't receive my paid. I contact them and they will not answer. So I realize this company is a scam so now I will be reported them to the Better Business Bureau Don't work for them.

They contacted me saying the resume I'd previously posted on careerbuilder.com was suitable to their needs and after an over the phone interview offered me a job. Looked into the site, locations, contract they provided me with, and I talked to the hr department a couple times going over some issues I had with said contract. Everything checked out. I signed. And waited for my start date. Starting date arrived and I logged into my crm account with them and there was nothing there. Called and no one answered. Emailed my supervisor and she finally responded saying she'd get a hold of the tech people to figure out the issue. Recieved another email then from hr saying I would no longer be able to start until mid February and if I wanted to disregard the contract I could. They have some personal details of mine (signature, dob, and some background info) along with my original resumes contact info, that I'm unsure what to do about.
