I just purchased an item from the website March 19th and still have not got it. I tried calling the # it does not work. I've reached out via email and email said it was not a real email. I filled out the form to contact and still no answer. I searched the address and it is a apt not a business. They also have a Facebook page and a couple other people had the same issue as me, bought something and never got it. Website looks real but all contact info is fake and they are just taking $ from people.

Searched online for a discontinued but still available printer and found one at a reasonable price at https://hitechgoods.com and placed an order on Sunday March 19. Typically I use paypal rather than my credit card number for purchases because I'm concerned about internet credit card fraud, but the website, located in San Francisco, looked credible, so I entered my name, address, email address and credit card number. I received an email receipt for the purchase that included the name and address of the business owner, Raka Deend, and an order number. The receipt included a link to track my order. I did not receive a follow up email within a couple of days indicating that the item shipped, so on Wednesday 3/22 or Thursday 3/23 I telephoned the contact number and couldn't get through. I clicked the "track order" link and got a message that the order was "processing". I sent an email to the "contact" link to Raka Deend, asking that person to call or email me regarding the availability of the item and the ship date and received no response. On Friday morning I saw an email order from Ashford.com, a New York City jeweler, for a $2,000 watch being shipped to a San Francisco area address, to California, 92843-1019, with phone number 919-980-8690 but billed using my correct phone number, email, and home address. I couldn't get through on the 919 number to ask the person about the transaction. I called Ashford and they cancelled the watch purchase, and I cancelled my credit card. I think that the two transactions are linked. I'm can supply you with receipts.
