I purchased a lace top that was advertised online. The product sent looked nothing like the picture and was of lower quality. I contacted them and they said their supplier ran out and this is what they could send me. They said they would credit me $10 and I could keep the poor quality top. I said no, I want my money back. No reply-ghosted me. Told them I would contact the BBB. I couldn't get the address line to accept the address that is on the website which is: Company Address: 12 Orchard Street, Bristol, England, BS1 5EH. Another business name on the website is:LETSORT LIMITED.

Although the address listed is in England, the emails I received had Chinese characters in the address bar and the grammar of the emails appeared to be improper English. Please help me recover my $36.00
