TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I purchased the National Park sign and it is a piece of [censored]t on styrofoam.

The sign is NOT 3D. The sign is NOT 16”x12”, it actually only measures 14 3/4”x11”. The sign is made out of cheap pressed cardboard/styrofoam material. The sign has a red transfer mark on it from where it was put through some sort of a scanner machine during manufacturing. It’s a disgrace that the company would even think it was ok to actually ship this product, knowing full well it’s NOT what is advertised.

I requested a FULL refund of my purchase totaling $37.98 on June 2, and nothing, no response and it’s now July 28.

The fact that I ordered this item on May 3, and did not receive until a month later was unacceptable to begin with, especially since this is a terrible duplication of what was advertised.

Nothing but a hot mess of karma being sent their way...

I bought 2 National Park Service signs from Briabos and they were completely misrepresented on their website. Instead of being on wood they were just a picture on a plastic board. When I wanted to return them it was MY responsibility to pay for shipping to CHINA! I checked a few sites and saw that this company has scammed many people.

Purchased a wooden National Parks Emblem from the website and paid $7.99 shipping on April 30, 2021. The website mentions that a portion of the money will go to National Parks and that it was made in the US. After waiting weeks, I contacted customer service about when the item would ship. I realized then the item was coming from China.

The item that arrived looked nothing like what was described. It was supposed to be wooden with dimensional cut out features but what arrived was a piece of paper glued to styrofoam. Numerous contact emails have been sent requesting a refund and refused. Finally they will refund me half the amount I paid (which I have not received). Each email is more and more confusing and not clarifying any information.
