I was on my computer when all of a sudden the screen locked me out with a full screen security alert. The tech I spoke to barely spoke understandable English and then advised our computer was hacked and we should pay a fee in order to unlock to fix said problem. We did pay but next time going to office depot would be a smarter move. Cheaper by far with actual trust.
