Through Facebook Ad shopped for a jumper and knit hat on Nov 9th yet to deliver product they keep saying quality issue, when asked for full refund they just send canned email stating that they are working on fulfillment the last email was Wed Dec 13th saying logistics team lost order allow 3-4 days no reply yet again or update. I replied today stating I was reporting them to BBB. The comments on their facebook page are hidden and looks like I am not the only victim of fraudulent actions by this company.
