I ordered a rug in early December. Have gotten All the excuses you all have gotten. The latest is they just cannot find my order number. I looked for it, and they either didn’t send one or I lost it in all the Christmas confusion. The latest excuse is that it isn’t being shipped because of the corona virus. I guess I’m just out of luck. Isn’t there something we can do?

I purchased two blankets totaling $130.00 on Jan. 18, 2020. They advertise on their website that orders will be completed within 5-6 business days. It’s been a month now and no prepaid merchandise has been delivered by me. I sent an email to their website a week ago and finally received a poorly written response that they still hadn’t received a tracking number, and that was all I got.
Today, I attempted to email them or get a phone number to call them, but their website has been taken down. Now, what do I do? I can’t afford to sue someone, so am I out the money? I probably will be. Who can you trust anymore?

I saw this product online. It appeared to be a good quality Sherpa blanket. I added it to the cart, but did not initially buy. Over the next week I received 10 or more emails from the company with discount codes if I would return and buy the blanket. I finally did. I immediately received a confirmation email stating that my item would be ready to ship in 4-6 business days. It has been far past that now and I have emailed requesting updates with no response. Afterwards, I googled the company name and found (through other reviews) that the company is not ScamPulse.com accredited as it claims on their website and that even if I eventually do receive a product (which is unlikely according to other reviews), it will certainly not be the same as the one advertised. The website is a scam.

I purchased a quilt from HMCozy and I never received it. They charged my credit card for it. I called them and they said it was in China. Then 2 weeks later they tried to add 2000.00 more dollars to my credit card.
