The business was initially approached via postal mail in 2020, stating that our MCS-150 Biennial update was past due. The payables clerk at that time fell for it and gave them our credit card information and the $149 was charged. Since that date, we have REPEATEDLY requested that the business remove us from all contact forms they have. 4 years later and I still receive mail and emails despite my requests to be removed. This is a scam period. They charge at least the $149 (one letter even quotes $599) to file an update that is easily accessible to anyone with a computer. When I called again today to request the removal of our information, I was hung up on. REMOVE ME FROM ALL YOUR CONTACT LISTS!!!
