I ordered some Fishing rod holders from HoiBeo.com. They sent me a FedX tracking code 2 days later. Then reported a few days later my package was delivered. I contacted FedX and they informed me that package associated with the tracking number was delivered but to a different state all together and FedX said I was given the incorrect tracking number for my purchase. I tried to contact the company via email and phone and left messages. I contacted my Mastercard customer service and disputed the billing charge. The charge was billed the day I ordered.
