I ordered from a Facebook ad for Hoka clearance shoes. I received an order confirmation and notice that during the holidays it would take 3 three weeks before shipping. The link in the email to view my order or visit our site both go nowhere. I checked the order status at 4 weeks with no answer. I realized that the support email was a strange gmail account. I never received a response. I requested to cancel my order, with no response. I am working with my bank to dispute the charge.

Hoka clearance posted on Instagram and I paid 65 dollars for sneakers and never received them
