An advertisement popped up in Facebook on Christmas Eve and a recognizable brand of HOKA; there are lots of chains that have a clearance store or outlet that will sell shoes lower priced. So I clicked on the link, shopped, and ordered the advertised 3 pairs of shoes for $79.95. It did state to wait up to 15 business days to receive the product. Each time I clicked the link in the email I was taken to the search page, I typed in my order number, and each time it stated it wasn't shipped yet. I waited until the 15th business day, today, and now the website and email address no longer exist. I cannot reverse the charges and there is no phone number to call. I sent an email to the one provided in the confirmation email and it came back undeliverable so I tried the "customer support" email at the bottom and have had no response. I will be cancelling my card and be issued a new one; while my bank cannot reverse the charges they can dispute the charge on my behalf when the product does not come. I just have to print my means of communication and the fact I have not received anything from them. Hopefully when enough time lapses I will get my money back; however, I will never again order anything off a link on Facebook.
