I ordered 2, 32 inch digital gameboards on December 18, 2023 and still have not received the gameboards. I had emailed the company telling them I was going to turn them into ScamPulse.com for fraud or a scam and then they sent me a tracking number which I checked today and it says the items were supposedly sent to an address in the wrong state. I live in Fenton, Michigan and they supposedly delivered to an address in Jackson Gap, Alabama. I am going to look into seeing if the tracking number is even real through USPS because that is who they say they used to deliver. But it also says these items were delivered in or at the mailbox which does not make sense considering there are 2 and they are 32 inches a piece. I can not locate a phone number for this company and they are slow to respond via email. Thank you for your time and consideration.

AD on Facebook for Hoka shoes looks totally legit. Ordered shoes . Sent confirmation email from [email protected] ( Brooks is on top of page) (no mention of HOKA Co.) Tracking no. given ,but when clicked on goes to "Page cannot be found" .Reported scam to bank and cancelled credit card. Info was given to email [email protected] if you have any questions . I did this the persons name was Kettrra. I didn't receive an answer about my inquiry about the shoes.

went on website to order Hoka shoes- the web site possess as Hoka website; however, they are not affiliated with Hoka shoes. My order was placed, gave an order number, order failed (according to their site, but they were given my credit card for order. I'm working with CC company to make sure there's not a problem with charge. I used the contact link at the bottom of their site and it took me to the legit Hoka site. Hoka representative is how I found out they are not legit. I explained to them what happened and explained the site I used was not associated with them.

I ordered a pair of Hoka tennis shoes from their website on 03/21/2023 and paid with my debit card. The money was charged to my card on 03/22/2023. I received an email that the shoes were shipped on 03/27/2023 with a tracking number. The tracking information has never been updated or received by the US Postal Service. I have emailed the company twice asking for a refund with no response. I also reported this to my bank and not sure if they will reverse/refund the charge to my account.

Found website with discounted Hoka shoes. Looked legit. Even going through to purchase. I can only attach 1 page. However the payment came across credit card as www.counselingwest.com.

Email to confirm purchase is from them as well. Their phone # is 818-990-9898. When I call only able to leave a voice mail or refers to fill out a form online for therapy.

When I googled HOKAs to try and look for their website. One of the top links that came up on google was an "ad" for "Official Hokas Sale." So I clicked on that link. The website looked almost exactly like the actual hoka website. I went through the entire order process and gave them my mailing information and paid via the paypal link. I never received a confirmation/shipping email. I only say that my paypal and credit card were charged by "Kelly clothing."
