I ordered 3 pairs of Hoka running shoes. It was during Black Friday deals. I was a first time buyer on their site so I had a promotional deal.. my total was $88.00. They provided tracking info until the day it was to be delivered. Nothing was ever delivered. I’ve sent emails to them with no response. I gave an extra 3 days and today I’m calling my CC company to dispute the charges. They used track17 for tracking.

I purchased a pair of running sneakers from an ad on Instagram. The deal seemed too good to be true and obviously, it was. The website I purchased from was www.hokaonlineviprunning.com. The receipt I received by email said the business name was: "Wangbeauty888". The bottom of the receipt said, "If you have any questions, contact us at [email protected]". When I Googled warsfold.com, it was a pretty sketchy website selling organizational products. However, the bottom of the website did have the contact info, as below:

I have emailed this address above twice trying to find out the status of my order, with no reply. The company name, "Warsfold.com" charged my Visa $39.59 on 9/27/23.
