I saw an ad on Facebook about Hoka shoes being on clearance. I did not click on the ad but went to google and typed in Hoka and clicked on the link for clearance. I ordered the shoes on Dec 21 2023. I got an email stating they got my order and expect 2-4 days processing and 10-15 days to ship excluding weekends and holidays. I have been periodically checking and when I clicked view order it popped up and wanting a tracking number which I didnt have. I was thinking it’s weird I have not gotten an email saying the shoes have shipped. I clicked on the view order today Jan 21 2024 and the website can’t be found. I realized the email address they put in the body of the email I got to contact for issues didn’t look like a legitimate email for a business and I did’t want to email them. I will be contacting my bank today.

I got a Facebook ad for Hoka shoes on sale. When I purchased them the confirmation said shipping could take 15 days. The website now no longer exists. I checked multiple times before the 15 days and it said, item not yet shipped. I do not believe the product ever existed. The customer service email address is suspicious, [email protected].
