I clicked on a link through Facebook for Hoka shoes on clearance. It took me to a HokaUSA webpage. The website used real Hoka logos and posted Hoka brand shoes. I authorized the credit card purchase for about $70. Shortly after making the purchase, I realized it was a scam. I emailed through the website requesting to cancel my order (only a few hours after the purchase). I received an email back, with very poor grammar, stating that the shoes were already in transit. I emailed back demanding a tracking number. I was given a fake tracking number with no indication of what company was being used to transport the products. I've never received the products and will be disputing this through my credit card company.

I saw an ad on Facebook for clearance Hoka shoes. I ordered 2 pair on Christmas Day. I even typed in the web address hoping it wasn't a scam. It worked then, but now they are gone. They don't come up in searches either.

FAKE website ad on Facebook for Hoka shoes. Contacted email on confirmation email and no response, Contacted CC company. They will investigate

Saw an add for Hoka clearance. Made purchase and the email receipt was a private name. Became suspicious and looked up and it was reported as a scam. Contacted Credit card but unable to help due to pending.

FB add for Hoka shoes. Legitimate looking add. When i realized my mistake i contacted my bank and cancelled debit card. Sent reply to ‘merchant’ email askimng order be cancelled, it hadn’t shipped yet. Tecieved reply two days later saying it had shipped from ‘luna hull’ there was Chines writing at bottom of email.
