I bought clothing from an ad on social media on May 28. I contacted support to cancel the order and response was they cannot because it will be shipped shortly and in order for a refund to return when the package arrives. I received an email with tracking number on May 29 that all 3 orders were shipped. On Monday June 10th I noticed the tracking number wasn’t updating therefore I contacted support again and was told that there was an issue with their inventory resulting in shipping delay and they will ship the product immediately. They had charged me when I initially bought the items and it’s now June 15th, still waiting over 15 days and have not received anything yet. If they had issues with inventory then why did I receive a tracking number showing the items were shipped but actually they weren’t. I wanted to cancel the entire order but was told I couldn’t because it had been shipped. I want my money back.
