I paid for an eSIM, never received the activation code, and contacted their customer service. They took like 36 hours to respond, didn't fix my problem, and if I don't respond right away I go to the bottom of the queue and round and round we go. I asked for a refund and didn't get it, because they wanted confirmation. I confirmed and got sent to the whole beginning of queue again. Asked for a refund again and had to go through the whole process again. Never got a refund and they never responded. They are total frauds.

I purchased a vehicle on 09/04/2024. I purchased an extended warranty at that time from the dealership and paid for it in full to the dealer. Yesterday I received a letter that stated that I urgently needed to call about my vehicle service agreement because my policy had not been activated. I was told to call immediately to activate it (by 11/01/2024). My husband called as the letter looked legitimate and he was told that we needed to pay $189.00 to activate our warranty, I got on the phone and told the woman that we had paid the dealer in full for our warranty. She then said to ignore the letter and tried to hang up. I tried to pressure her for details about our purchase such as the name of the dealer we bought from and she would not answer and keep telling me to disregard the letter and hung up.
