I have begun the filing process for unpaid wages with the Labor Commissioner . State of California. This is not an easy process and my require me to attend several hearings in CA. I will discuss my case with the case manager after one has been assigned to see if there is any way to facilitate multiple claims for remote agent. I found the job on indeed around jan 24
They said i will receive check for 1350$
I have to send packages I receive all packages and send it back
After one month i try to login to website it’s not open i try to contact adriana her phone busy

I cry alot i have alot of bills
I have kids they don’t care about people feelings
God will take my right

Yes total scam come to find I wasn’t alone. They approached me the same way the offer seemed to good to be true so I researched them , a website that looked legit came up , as well as some article in a magazine that said they recieved a $10 million dollar investment from a venture capitalist. They sent me a message said I passed a background a check and needed to fill out forms to be on board. They were legit IRS and W4 forms. And a contract with there Owner who happens to be a degenerate [censored] Ex lawyer who runs multiple “businesses “ from the address. I called every number available and it all goes to a calling service that routes you to extension 101 , nobody ever answers. Some Lady Adriana Diaz the Fake managed is part of the scam she called me once and sent me a couple of messages. Here horrible English and Grammer should have been another red flag. Clearly they want your info. If you gave it to them freeze your credit They will try to use it. Bruce Goren you will be found soon you piece of [censored] !

This company reached out to me through my email said they seen my resume on indeed.com and made me an offer as a shipping agent. They claim that people from around the world use their service to buy US goods but companies only ship to US Adress so your adress is used. You recieve package , open ,inspect they give you a label to print out and ship to another person. Both times they had me ship to Amazon distribution center which seemed odd. They sent me official looking paperwork , w4 tax forms to fill out everything a legit company would require including a contract stating the guidelines. Promising a salary of $3500 monthly then $1750 paid bi -weekly . The contract then required signature and also had agreement signature of the Owner Bruce Goren. After many failed attempts at getting answers because they never pick up the phone I started researching and found this is indeed a scam. They are phishing for information. They will ask you for everything Id you google search them a bunch of bull[censored] paid for stories come up about them receiving 10 million dollar investment on Money watch and even paid Forbes to print propaganda.i searched further and came across a site named scam pulse and they have 15 other complaints identical to mine. I am skeptical and did my research and was still fooled. Do not let it happen to you research deeply. Google is easily manipulated these days .

I was also contacted by them, gave all my details, two packages have already arrived for shipping. I did everything as they asked, the packages arrived, I contacted Adriana, she answered me quickly. And in a week there was no package, and today when I tried to enter the site it doesn't work and the email comes back. What can we do? go to the police?

I'm so embarrassed, I feel so dumb. I REALLY thought I was above being scammed. I was wrong. As I sit here crying my eyes out with 2 little boys, no food in the fridge and 3 dollars to my name.
I can't believe it, I did my research, it looked so legit. Not one thing came up as to assume it was a scam.
I can only hope Noone else falls for this scam. I feel horrible knowing that I was involved in scamming other people... [censored]...

I hear you Beverly, I was scammed too, even though I did all the research I could have done. Even now, when you do a Google search, the legit articles are still up on the first page, including an interview with the scammer himself! I guess the old saying will always hold true, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Now, all we can do is report it to sites like this, and protect ourselves from them stealing our information and using it for God knows what! When I realized I'd been scammed, I immediately purchased a LifeLock subscription to protect against ID theft. Hopefully that will help, but I'm keeping an eye on all my credit cards and other accounts, just in case. After doing more research and going deep into Google, I've learned that this is a fairly common scam. Still, I feel embarrassed too.

they hired me and sent packages to reship.. something didn't sound right so I called amazon since some of the boxes were being sent there, but no response so I sent an email to site that does research on finding out if this I real or not. got a reply stating that it was a scam and to stop having any communication with them so I did and any products I had I returned them to sender and stopped receiving any mail from them. I am a victim and I had no idea to whatever they was doing and I'm scared now.

They sent me an email of the position as shipping agent, I look up the web for info and seems so legit. So I applied for the job coz it was home based which is very convenient. Salary is 3,500 for the first month and biweekly for the succeeding month.
Sent me an employee portal information in which we need to fill up like our employment contract, W4 and other Identifications. Now I’m so frustrated that they have my info and if they use it. What should we do that they have scammed a lot of people.

This happened to me too. The [censored] that runs this and 19 other scams is Bruce G. Goren a disbarred lawyer in CA. I have already hired a PI to track him down.

When they contacted me by email to be one of there shipping agent, I searched in google about the company and it looks everything good ,checked the website , after that I applied with them with all my personal information they requested from me
, someone call me after few days and she told me they will send me the first package after four day so they can help me if I have any thing not clear in the process how to send it !
Every thing was clear in my account that they do it for me. , I print the new shipping label and remove the old on and took a pic for the box and send it by UPS
And from that day before a week now
No one send me any thing just a message in my account that thy will pay me in 02/29/20 for the first month $3500
I feel it was a scam , because nobody answer the phone and there’s no website any more
How can I protect my personal information like SSN

They sent an email as job offer as shipping agent, and the hiring process happened fast and asked me for a parcel pick up from Best Buy and upload the pictures into their website and send it to different address, I founded out that they are scam by more searching about and asking police department about, and report them here as well.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN REPORTED ONCE BEFORE THEY HIRE YOU REALLY FAST AND SEND YOU ALL EMPLOYMENT FORMS SO THEY CAN GET ALL YOUR INFORMATION. HAD I NOT LOOKED INTO THE COMPANY THEY WOULD OF HAD ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION.
