Scammer advertised a game called Fly Ball for sale by use of Instagram. I followed the link which led to holeinat.com. Website used to claim it was made in the USA, shipped from the USA, and money back guarantees. I never received the product ordered. I contacted the company by email and after multiple back and forth attempts they would not offer me more than a 50% refund, claiming that their shipping site states the product was indeed delivered to my home. They used an illegitimate tracking site and could not provide me with the USPS confirmation or tracking number, after multiple requests.
My credit card company took care of the loss of funds, cancelling the payment, but I would like to have the company reported for fraud.

I saw an ad on Instagram stories for a Father's Day special of a 2 for 1 Flyball game deal. I clicked the link on the story post and followed it to what I thought was the Flyball site. I proceeded to add the product to my cart and pay through Instagram. It wasn't until after I received my confirmation email that I knew it wasn't a legitimate site. The email I received was from [email protected] and had the Luxart logo at the top of the email. Once I clicked on the "view order/visit our store" I was taken to the holeinat website, which I believe is acting as the scam website. I was surprised to receive tracking but once I saw it was through track718 website I felt the need to contact them and report as a scam. The holeinat website is still functioning as a product/goods website but I believe it is fake and is stealing money from people through legitimate looking social media ads. They also used video and images from the Flyball website, which is why I thought it was a creditable website and a real buy, through a third party vendor.
