They disguise their website as domestic clothing site. However, they are actually Chinese. Shipping takes weeks, and often items do not arrive. Return policy states that buyer must pay for shipping back. You must contact customer service for the return shipping address. It took several emails to get the address. Some never get a return email. My original shipping was $6. However, I was told that shipping would be international back to China with customs fees. I was offered a 15% refund and to use the cash to fix the item myself.
