The subject lie to me saying he will provide health naturophatic services in my home.He never showed his license and he never protected my information with an informed consent form like all the providers do.He came with his wife to my home and said he had a phd and took identifying information about my health. He said he has a CONCIERGE MEDICAL PRACTICE '' but he never provided me with a valid license or provided any services like chiropractic or any health service.
