Product was clothing purchased as close outs from Macys. Received tracking # and website to track that didn't work. Corresponded with company for provide tracking info( screenshot) to show where product was. Second time was told product was delivered to my mailbox and signed for. Corresponded with company again and was offered to reship or provide partial refund( we are up to 70% refund at this time). I posted on social media this was a scam and contacted credit card company. Just want to make others aware
