I ordered a bathing suit from this website. They have a website, instagram, facebook and twitter with a good following especially on instagram. I ordered and put my debit card info in and I got a confirmation of payment and the email said they would notify me when they ship my item out. The end of that email had my order summary but where it said shipping method it now said Free 2 day shipping which I was happy but skeptical about. I replied back to the email asking about it just so I can clarify. They never responded. I waited until a week later (business days) and asked them about my order, to no response. I then started to dig deep and try to find others that may be having the same problem and for the most part I couldn't. After days and weeks of reaching out on all their handles, I found a comment from someone that also said they didn't receive their item and had to threaten them to get their money back ( they withdrew from their account twice). After that I knew it was a scam and started going on a frenzy alerting and leaving comments everywhere. I THEN received an instagram direct message from them. She explained it was not a fake site and said they would give me my money back and would also like to ship the item for the inconvenience. I go on asking more questions about why it would take so long for one item and telling them about all the errors on their website, along with all the different email addresses they provide on the website and no one ever responds. She assured me this was an oversight. Then I asked well when would you be shipping the item out then and from that point there was no response again and I did not get my money back. I don't understand how anyone can ask for card information and not be totally legit or have to go through the internet/consumer benchmarks of a company if that exists. I ordered one bathing suit for *** but that is *** I am probably not getting back.
