I gave over $500 for a fan club card. Promises were made that I would be able to join Shemar Moores shows and activities. Ray Brown promised that I would be able to meet Shemar Moore. I was supposed to pay for the shipping and handling of the gift card and send it to Ray Brown. This was supposed to allow me to go to Shemar Moores Birthday party which is this Sunday and for the security that they had to pay for. I was then sent a text message that said, I was going to be picked up to go to Shemar Moores birthday party but, I would need to pay an additional $50 first. I was also told that I could report this to the CIA if I wanted but if I didn't pay the $50, I couldn't come to Shemar Moores party. He also said if I think I've been scammed I can call 1-404-889-6137
