I received an email yesterday stating somebody had made a purchase on my PayPal for bitcoin that I never made and I called the toll free number to speak to whom I thought was a PayPal employee and they had me download Iperius Remote Desktop so they could help guide me along the process to deleting the payment that I thought was real. The guy I spoke with claimed his name was Michael and gave me a member ID, which was MT40125. After getting set up we went through cash app and had me send payments through Cashapp and bitcoin using my bank cards so they saw my card numbers when purchasing bitcoin and sending money elsewhere. Then they also tried having me send gift cards from target and Home Depot to another person to supposedly ban the other person from accessing my account again. They assured me that the money was being refunded and that in fact was not true. They dragged all of my bank accounts to a low amount then finished the call and have not received any more deductions as of now.
