Home Advisor sends out fake leads to contractors.They tell you when you can't get in touch if the customer they will refund you back.It never happens.They probably send the same lead to alot of contractors and make alot doing that.They will credit the lead if it's like $10.00.If it's $30-$99 they will not refund you back your money.I have read alot about it online.Its all true.Its a big Scam.I have called some customer before and they tell me they didn't key in what was said that was needed some to there house.The customers don't know Home Advisor charge contactors for less like you see on TV.Just beware of Home Advisor.Its a Scam!!!
