Purchased 2 Patio Heaters for $300 USD from the website

I called the 877-730-3374 listed on the receipt and only received a message to leave a message. My message never returned.

So I looked on the website and found another number 888-345-9880 This number had a recording from a Chinese company

called New or NIU, the voice recording said the same thing leave a message and we will return call, that has never happened.

I finally received a small handheld portable heater from a shipping dept with the address 5215 S. Boyle Avenue, Vernon, California 90058

The website looks legit, but this is a complete scam.

I purchased a back massager that popped up on my FB feed. The company automatically set me up for a monthly donation of $9.95/month. The price of the massager and first month donation have been deducted from my account. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have never received a confirmation email or a shipment email. I ordered over 10 days ago and have been emailing them the whole time to cancel my donation subscription. This website is a scam!!
