Well well well, I have been scam as well, $1300.- is a lot of money for me. I am in possession of details of scams so far 697 responses $19835.- of our money they owe
407 phone numbers, yes all of you numbers mostly mobile.
How this can exist I dont believe.

This was such an awful experience. They have literally taken my money without hope of me getting it back. They firstly didn't tell me that they decided not to send me an item that I ordered that was apparently damaged, then didn't tell me that they decided they would keep my money until another one came in their warehouse. I had to call several times to get an explanation. Then have continued to be fobbed off for nearly 4 weeks by frontline staff who kept telling me it was for another department to handle, who I wasn't allowed to talk to. I still haven't got my money back and they don't use any middle payment company to advocate on the customer's behalf.

Placed an order February 2022 for a simple 600mm range hood. They advised they had no stock so we had to purchase an alternative. It is now May 2022 and they have not provided the refund as promised, and their Email now bounces.

I got excited because the price looked quite reasonable, so placed an order of tarps, but ended up receiving 2 items of furniture. The whole drama took place over a period of over one month. Initially I gave them a chance, but after 2 weeks I gave them a call. They said they would get back to me. They didn't. I called them again on the third week. They again promised they would deliver the goods. Again I received nothing. Around a month after all this transpired the goods arrived (well sort of). The goods were not what I ordered at all. So I called and emailed them pictures of the furniture and said you sent the wrong things. They said we are so sorry, and then requested photos (which I had already sent in the first place). So I sent the photos again. About 2 weeks later I got another email from another customer support who again wanted photos, so sent the third version of photos and then they would fix this up. I said I'm really tired of this, I just want my money back. So they said, we can't give you your money back, because thats the job of the finance team. We have to talk to the warehouse first. The saga is still continuing to this date (about a month a bit ago and no resolution no nothing). They are polite on the phone and say they will resolve the issue, but when they hang up you never hear from them again. Not sure what the issue is. But I don't think they have any idea what a customer is or what customer service is . To be frank I dont even know if they actually understand that they actually need to deliver the goods. They might have this warped mentality that we are just donating money to them as a sort of charity out of the goodness of our hearts. This company HAP (Home Appliances Plus) think they have the right to just set up a website and just take people's money with no intention of actually delivering the product. Although I've seen some reviews that are positive about this company, I have seen hundreds others of disappointed customers. Its quite odd that they do not just refund the money if the customers are so upset. I mean I would have thought the whole idea is to just keep the customer happy , so they dont just go online and write bad reviews. But no this company just annoys the heck out of the customer by promising time and time again that they will deliver and fix the problem, only to break their promise later on. So that is my experience.

Scammers, fake company to steal your money, no products everything is fake, I bought my entire office set up to start my own start up business and lost $383 and got nothing! No reply email, no one answered the phone, it’s disgusting these people get away with stealing peoples money! Do NOT purchase from HAP is a scam!

Dont buy of these people. They dont deliver and dont answer emails. Then hide behind the difficulty of getting refunds from places like Afterpay/Zip pay

I ordered 2 x gooseneck mixer taps for our laundry and kitchen renovations back in late February. After chasing them up repeatedly via email, 1 tap arrived in mid April.
The 2nd tap has still not arrived and despite a string of emails from "Genevieve" promising that the refund I have demanded is "being processed", I still have not received the tap or the money.
After reading all these reports by others who have also been scammed by HAP, I am starting to think that maybe I am lucky - at least I got half my order...
I will also be reporting this bogus company to the ACCC, Fair Trading, Google and Victoria Police.
They are nothing but thieves and liars. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Placed order (#45971) 25March 22,
Used afterpay have made all payments still no goods. Several attempts to make contact, successfully spoke twice to same person who gave all excuses and apologies under the sun. April 19 received a parcel not even related to my order, when I managed to get someone after 40 mins asked them to come and collect wrong item and ro send mine...STILL WAITING.Today I managed to speak to someone again and went through whole scenario again and advised that I will be taking legal action if not received within week. Chat line on website useless all automated with same response of order being processed. From what I can see this is full on, so why hasn't the ACCC closed them down. I think the address is a fake..

Still waiting! I’ve emailed and phoned, they say they are a new start up company and are waiting on stock! They say they are in port Melbourne somewhere! I’ve waited 5 weeks and have received nothing. I’m going to report them to the GOVERNMENT SCAM WATCH! !

I ordered a king single bed on April 22 only received automated reply. Have emailed several times and received no answer. When I ring I’m on hold for a long time and in the end no one answers.

Don't use them i am waiting for 6 weeks for them to send out my dog kennel and all they say we are processing my order.
No one picks up the phone and it is very difficult to contact them.

I ordered a dog pram 3 weeks ago. I have not received an email or text to advise of dispatch but my credit card was debited 2 weeks ago. Tried calling but just placed on hold. I hung up after 30 minutes. I have contacted my credit card company and lodged a dispute to receive a refund.

Purchased outdoor chair on 21 March to be delivered by 5 April. 5 April I contacted them to find out the item hasn't even left warehouse, I emailed to cancel & refund, they replied they're finance dept will contact me. 1 month later noboy contacted me so I filed a dispute with my bank & got a conditional refund. These [censored] then emailed me to cancel the conditional refund & they will send the item.
They just prey on people who don't chase their refund.

Ordered 3 weeks ago has not arrived. Followed up with email and said they where a start up company that where behind in orders. I asked to cancel considering my order had not been dispatched. Ignored and won't reply to emails.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE HAND OVER THEIR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY READ THE REVIEWS AND SEE HOW MA Y PEOPLE ARW BEING SCAMMED.

I had looked online for a long time to find the Doona Cover I wanted and then it suddenly appeared on the HAP website, I was so happy to be able to get the size I wanted. Same as the previous reviews, no contact and when I rang them, It rang for ages and then my phone threw up a "Suspected Scam" message and then the penny dropped. I wasn't going to receive this items, it didn't cost a fortune but it is the principle. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE. I am going to report them to the ACCC also.

Hello,
I have purchased worth $790 worth of goods. Thought they are honest and legitimate online sellers until I haven't heard anything after two weeks. I read the reviews then I thought..[censored] my money is gone...went to their FB page..somebody by the name Mercedes told me that they are doing their best to fix my orders. I sent message again today, no response and their FB page is gone. THIS IS A SCAM. THEY SHOULD FACE THE CONSEQUENCE AND REFUND OUR MONEY. THIEVES...

Ordered a shower months ago. Still nothing and can’t get hold of them. Definitely a company to be wary of.
Tried emailing sometimes they answer that they will get back to you and very hard to call them.
