“Surrett & Elizabeth” tried to pressure me into signing a lease even before I knew the address of the rental. They immediately asked for my email and phone number. When I asked for their phone, they wouldn’t give it. All they wanted to do is send photos of the interior of the house indicating that a tenant was renting the unit. They never asked for any information about me, references or background. I did drive by but the shades were all closed and no one responded to my knocking at the door. I messaged Surrett back and asked for him to meet me at the house and let me look inside. He didn’t get back to me until the next day saying that they were out of town and again, encouraged me to sign a lease, send $1700., and I could move in 9/1/20.
