My aunt and spouse were communicating with the alleged seller via email. As previously reported, the seller would not communicate via phone and wanted money via Zellle and other unprotected means.

When calling the number, the seller doesn’t reply but will send emails requesting the contract be filled out. After checking this person or establishment on Google, we learned of the reported scam alert.

I have received numerous emails from this "company" saying they have a buyer for my house. If gives you an unsubscribe option but when you click on it says "The Offer have been used on this ip. Try a different one." There is no phone number to use and each email comes from a different person's name. I've sent it to spam each time, but they still come in almost daily.
