this scammer advertized chow chow puppies which I contacted, agreed to sale price (including shipping costs) and sent payment for before which time I notified him that I live outside the 48 states. He guaranteed me that he's shipped here before with a reputable shipper. After he received money by way of MoneyGram, he then told me of additional costs for refrigerating the animals. That additional money was sent via a bank wire transfer. He is now asking for more money which I have refused and refuse to send puppies or refund the money telling me he has no further contact with me and I could proceed with police and FBI.
