Twice between a month or so apart, I've had a guy to call my number and ask for me by name saying that he is calling from Home Depot Corporate office. He knew that I had a pro-account and wanted to ask me how they could better serve me. He did not sound like corporate material and I did not disclose any information with him but instead hung up and immediately contacted my local Home Depot where I've shopped to let them know what took place. After calling multiple times and being told someone would call me back--I called again telling them that I would not wait for another call that had not come in. So, finally I spoke with a manager who stated that their corporate office would not contact you unless you've made a complaint and that they would never call asking that kind of question. He said that they would investigate and call me back but I never heard anything back from him or anyone for that matter. When I spoke with them, I told them that they needed to check to make sure that none of their employees were selling customers information or they themselves trying to commit fraud. I truly believe that this may be internal because how would a random person know what type of account I have. Today, I received another call from a guy again saying the same thing that he's calling from Home Depot Corporate office and want to see how they can help better assist me with my pro-account, I stated I was not interested and blocked the number and called Home Depot again. Well, same thing, they said someone will call me back and again they had no kind of alarm or care about the matter. At this point, I've chosen to file a complaint with you to make this known. I believe that the may be aware of something happening and may be involved. I'm not sure but regardless to know what type of account I have is not disclosed to no one other than someone who has access to their system.

i ordered a product from the home depot online website. i opted to have the product delivered to my home as a christmas gift for my husband. i placed my order on december 8th and was told i would receive my product by december 19th. i was contacted by RXO who claimed to be the carrier service for the home depot in which they informed me that my package would not be delivered by the 19th but would instead be delivered on december 21st. on december 21st i received another call from rxo stating that the roads were covered in snow and my package would now be delived on december 23rd. on the 23rd i was again contacted by rxo and told the delivery driver couldnt find my house and so returned to the hub and my package would then be delived on december 27th. on the 27th i was contacted by rxo and informed that there was a delivery truck break down on the way to deliver my package and so now my package wont be delivered until december 30th. i then contacted the home depot online phone number and had them contact RXO who informed the home depot that RXO had delivered my package to me on december 19th at my home. i provided email proof to the home depot that my package had not been delivered to me and that RXO had rescheduled my delivery on multiple occasions and that i still did not have the product bu that RXO still has it in their hub. the home depot online representative then advised me that i needed to contact my bank myself and report this and attempt to dispute the transaction as fraud because there was nothing more the home depot could do to help me at this point. i then contacted my bank and reported the fraud. my bank investigated everything and did find it as being fraud. i then contacted the home depot online service again to inform them of the banks findings and they told me they would investigate it because "they do not treat their customers in this manor." 15 minutes after i got off the phone with the home depot online servicer i was contacted again by RXO stating that my order would be delivered tomorrow, i messaged them back and informed them of the fraud dispute made to my bank and that they had been found as fraudulent. i have since received no further contact from the home depot online servicer or from the RXO logistics company.
