Ordered toilet paper on-line. Received a tracking number which did not track anything. when I used FEDEX tracking, Fedex reported a label made for a package 1inch wide by 4 by 6 which could not contain toilet paper. Received a bot help email when I complained. Only contact email for on-line store was [email protected]. Never heard from them again. No product ever delivered to Fedex to be delivered to me. I tried to cancel the order and they offered me a discount but all of this was just a stall until the credit card payment went through. Then they disappeared.

Home-Goods has a very professional looking website..lots of products. You order products the same as any other website. They give you a order number and a tracking number and they email you a confirmation note. Thats the end. You never hear from them ever again. No product no nothing.
