This individual came to our door and offered house cleaning and roof cleaning service. They had been by last year then we never heard from them again until this year. Both times they said they were in town (don't know from what town), but we live in Armstrong, BC. I ask if they could also clean the gutters as these are too high for me to reach without special equipment. They assured me they has ladders that would reach this high, so I left and told my wife not to pay them until the work was finished. We agreed on a $1000.00 fee for exterior cleaning, roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. They told my wife they did not have the long ladder today and would return with this later and finish the gutters, unfortunately my wife believed them and gave them the money. We have not seen or heard from them since an have not been able to contact them (Steve & Mike) are the names they gave us. It is hard to say if "All Pro Exterior Washing" is even a legitimate company and if so, do they actually work for this company or do they just have the companies brochures then write there names on the top.
