The scammer was contracted to do tuck-pointing of the brick-stone joint of my century house, plus a few other minor repairs. No work was done neatly, nothing was cleaned up but, most importantly, no old mortar was removed before new mortar was applied for the tuck-pointingand the new mortar was the wrong colour. Finally, when I refused to give the last payment I was screamed at and sworn at. They were meant to come back & clean up but never showed.
