They came out and quoted a super good price for the roof, returned the next day and tore off all my shingles, then proceeded to tell me that all my boards were rotted and the cost to replace them would be an additional $10,000. Luckily my neighbour was available and he went up on the roof and told me that I did not need new boards and was getting scammed.

2 men came to our home and offered to provide a free roofing quote by drone, as they were apparently doing other roof replacements in our neighbourhood (Burlington ON) and had extra materials so they could give us a good deal. They quoted $4k instead of the ‘normal’ price of $6k and requested no money down. However upon looking them up online (their flyer mentioned being able to find them on many websites) we couldn’t locate any reviews, ratings or even a business address.
