I called the number on their website to set up an appointment to have my washing machine checked. Nobobdy picked up the phone, nor could l leave a voice mail message. Within a few minutes they called me back (I have this phone number but won't put in this message) and I confirmed the call out fee and set up an appointment. The technician arrived on the said date (April 6) and time and took him less than 30 minutes to diagnose the problem, which to me seemed fair and right. He told me they would get back to me the following week as to whether or not they could get the replacement part as this was an old machine and it may not be available. At this time I paid the diagnostic/service fee of $122.80 by credit card on his phone. I heard nothing (service call on the Thursday, and it was Easter weekend, but he said they would get back to me on the following Tuesday April 11 , so emailed to 3 difference areas (April 12) in the company following up on what was going on, 1 of the email addresses ([email protected]) has bounced back a couple of time as not in service. I then called (April 12) the same number and the same process happened, nobody picked up but called me right back. I explained the situation and I was guaranteed that someone would contact me. I expressed my concerns that I was feeling very ucomfortable with this situation. I am now certain that this is some kind of scam and reason I am reporting this.
