he offered us snow clearing service from Oct 15th to April 15th, we paid the Contract upfront in August, $499, he provided an invoice paid.

His service is to clear snow , Min 3cm from a snowfall, within 1-2 hrs after, he has not done this on 2 occasions, and now is not reachable by telephone, and not responding to text
