He charged me $600. right away to simply resurface the steps which deteriorated soon afterwards & more since then.
As a senior, this price was out of my monthly budget range at the time, but it needed to be done properly.
I was unaware that his promised work on resurfacing was NOT a complete satisfying job well done.
I tried to reach him many times, but he did not respond.
I'm writing late about this scam, but mainly meant for others to be totally aware of scammers like this one!
Please be very careful about certain people who do not write their addresses on their estimates or invoices;
Fake photos from websites or other.
They unfortunately are con artists/scammers that only care about money upfront and nothing else!
