pretended to be a contracting business that would build a fence, had a contract in place for their services. Paid a 25% retainer fee of $353 and the contractor did not complete the work or return the deposit. The scammer's name is JD Erickson, he claims to be the owner of the company "Bizz Services Inc". Contract states that if work is not completed, we are entitled to refund, owner even stated in messages of that also. When we try to get our money back, because the work was not completed, we get ignored from the owner
