Found this “company” online when I searched for “hourly cleaners.” The had the option to either pay in full or pay 10 % which I chose and was still charged in full. I booked the 1 cleaner for 2.5 hours option for $138 for a completely empty apartment. There were no personal items or furniture to clean. Just a simple move out clean. He arrived late, no mopping done, no surfaces wiped, no bathrooms cleaned. He had the job logged for the full 2.5 hours with NOTHING to show for it. When I submitted a review with pictures as well as requested a refund, I was given a $50 credit. I made it clear to them that I had no intentions of ever using them again and a credit was not acceptable. Of course, I’m kicking myself now for not catching the red flags such as the bare website, NO phone number associated or listed anywhere.
